Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez

This holiday residence offers apartments with views of the Mediterranean Sea, set on a 25-hectare site. It is located just 12 km from St Tropez and 9 km from St Maxime. Breakfast, half board and full board options are available.

Set on a 25-hectare estate 3 km from the beach, Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez has a 1600 m² leisure pool complex with a wave pool, swimming pool, artificial beaches and activities such as tennis and cycling.

The apartments are set on top of a hill, overlooking the sea and leisure club.

There are many other facilities, such as a launderette.

Pets are allowed (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
Reception opening hours vary depending on the season. In July and August, reception is open from Sunday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 20:00. In May, June, September and October, it is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and on Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. During the winter period, reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Guests planning to arrive outside standard check-in hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance.

The price includes accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen including one bath mat and one dishcloth, a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to five devices, charges and taxes excluding the tourist tax and application fee, access to the pool area, sports grounds excluding tennis and archery, and standard entertainment such as fitness sessions, contests and evening activities. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for dishes and the kitchen area.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Payment is accepted by credit card only.

The heated outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool, located near the La Calade restaurant, measure 270 m² with a depth of 1.60 m and are open from April until the end of the Toussaints school holidays. The aquatic area is accessible throughout the season with an access card and is open from 1 May to 15 September. Water slides, the wave pool and the spa are available from 15 June to 15 September. Activities around the pool are operated independently from Pierre and Vacances services. The La Calade swimming pool is fully operational and heated.

The residence can accommodate vehicles up to 2.10 metres in height. Access is not permitted for motorhomes, caravans, mobile homes, tipper trucks or similar vehicles.
Please note that the La Calade restaurant and the supermarket will not be open this summer. Food trucks will be available to provide catering services. The children’s club, managed by the co-ownership, will also remain closed this summer.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
