This holiday residence offers apartments with views of the Mediterranean Sea, set on a 25-hectare site. It is located just 12 km from St Tropez and 9 km from St Maxime. Breakfast, half board and full board options are available.

Set on a 25-hectare estate 3 km from the beach, Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez has a 1600 m² leisure pool complex with a wave pool, swimming pool, artificial beaches and activities such as tennis and cycling.

The apartments are set on top of a hill, overlooking the sea and leisure club.

There are many other facilities, such as a launderette.

Pets are allowed (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Reception opening hours (July and August): Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00.

Reception opening hours (May, June, September and October): Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.

Reception opening hours during winter: daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00.

If you plan to arrive outside regular check-in hours, please contact the property in advance.

The price includes accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (1 bathmat and 1 dishcloth), a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access (internet browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and application fee), access to the pool area, playing fields (except tennis and archery) and standard entertainment (fitness sessions, contests and parties). End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and kitchen area) is included.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

The heated outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool are open from April until the end of the Toussaints school holidays and are located near the Calade restaurant (270 m², 1.60 m deep). The aquatic area is accessible throughout the season with an access card and is open from 1 May to 15 September. Slides, wave pool and spa are open from 15 June to 15 September. Activities around the pool are operated independently from Pierre & Vacances services.

The residence accommodates vehicles up to 2.10 m in height. Access to the residence is prohibited for motorhomes, caravans, mobile homes, tipper trucks and similar vehicles.

The pool is not heated in July and August.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
