Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Parcs de Grimaud

The traditional Provençal residence is located in a pedestrian and landscaped area between the Maures mountain range and the Mediterranean Sea. It provides well-equipped apartments surrounded by cork oaks, mimosas, palm trees and cedars.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a balcony or a terrace.

You can relax in the quiet lush setting or enjoy the many services offered on site such as the seasonal outdoor pool and children’s playground. Moreover, the beach is within easy reach.

Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Swimming Pool
The pool is unheated and unsupervised. It is open from April to October as follows:
4 April – 1 June: 09:00–19:00
2 June – 31 August: 09:00–20:00
1 September – 11 October: 09:00–19:00

Stay Inclusions
Prices include:
Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, and household linen (bath mat and dish towel).
A cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and the kitchen area).
Basic WiFi for up to five devices (browsing and emails).
All charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees).
Arrival & Booking Information

Pre-arrival: Guests are invited to contact the residence before arrival for stay information. We recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances account in advance to save time.

Location Preferences: Specific accommodation locations can be requested after booking for an additional cost, subject to availability.

Vehicle Restrictions: Access is strictly prohibited for motor homes, caravans, mobile homes, vans, and similar vehicles.

Payments & Policies
Payment Method: Credit card is the only accepted method (Visa or Mastercard). A pre-authorization will be requested upon arrival.

Invoicing: Invoices will strictly use the name stated on the reservation.

Cancellations: If the total amount is not paid within the policy timeframe, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply fees.

Modifications: Any changes to your booking may incur additional charges.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
