Reception opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:30 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, Wednesday from 17:00 to 19:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change, so we recommend contacting the residence before arrival.

Outside the Quartz reception opening days and hours (only during weekends), guests may contact the Andromède residence, which is open 24 hours a day.

Prices include accommodation, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), TV, bed linen, and basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as all taxes and charges (except tourist tax).

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.
