Reception opening hours are as follows: Saturday from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Tuesday and Thursday from 16:00 to 19:00. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change and guests are kindly invited to contact the residence prior to arrival. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

Check-in and check-out times are as follows: for short stays, check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00, and for longer stays, check-in is from 17:00 and check-out until 10:00. Beds can be made upon arrival for an additional cost per person.

Please note that invoices will be issued under the name provided on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Only credit cards are accepted as a method of payment and American Express is not accepted. The tourist tax is payable on site and may vary depending on the booking.

In July and August, Pierre and Vacances offers complimentary activities to enhance your stay in the mountains. At the residence Le Mont Soleil, guests benefit from three entries per person to the Magic Pool aquatic centre in Plagne Bellecôte, featuring a heated outdoor pool at 30 degrees and a paddling pool. This offer is valid for stays of at least 7 nights and entry vouchers are provided upon arrival. Please note that this activity is organised by an independent partner and may therefore be subject to change. Swim shorts and wetsuits are not permitted and children must be accompanied by an adult.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
