With a balcony, the open-plan studio features a convertible sofa bed and a living area with a TV and dining table. Every studio also has a vacuum cleaner.

The property has a games room with billiards and table tennis. Mont d’Arbois Golf Course is 400 metres away. In July and August helicopter flights, children’s clubs and paragliding can be arranged. A luggage room is available.

Free covered parking is available nearby and subject to availability. Natural hot pools at Saint-Gervais-les-Bains are 14 km from the residence. Sallanches Train Station is 7 km away.

The price includes bed and bath linen, TV, free access to the indoor panoramic swimming pool and solarium of the residence, and all taxes and charges (except the city tax).
