If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be organised. For an additional fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by calling the residence directly; contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests staying longer than one week have the possibility to renew their chosen services at reception at the end of each week. The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting its strong commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees). Guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchenette area before departure. For any invoice requests, the name indicated will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur an additional charge, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, you will be put in contact with Booking Customer Service. Please note that reservations made under a “Non-refundable” rate are neither exchangeable, refundable nor modifiable, and no request for modification or cancellation will be accepted. Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Reception is located in the “Mimosas” building at 14 avenue de la Rostagne, 06160 Juan-les-Pins. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, and an additional charge of €12 per day per pet applies. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
