This apartment features a living area with 2 single sofa beds, one pull-out bed (recommended for children), and a sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds. There is also one bedroom with a double bed. It has one independent bathroom with a bath. The fully equipped kitchenette opens onto the living area. You are kindly requested to clean the kitchen area before departure.

Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

One swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-November, while a second pool is open from July to August.

Guests staying longer than one week may renew their selected services at reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchenette), basic WiFi access, as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees).

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Reception is open Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, you will be redirected to Booking Customer Service. Reservations made under a “Non-refundable” rate are neither exchangeable, refundable nor modifiable, and no modification or cancellation request will be accepted.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
