The Otelia residence is located in Lyon, 250 metres from the T2 Route de Vienne tram stop and 500 metres from T4 Jet d'Eau - Mendès France tram stop. It has a spa and relaxation area and rooms have air-conditioning and a kitchenette.

All studios and apartments also have a private bathroom and lift access. Each kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. You can request access to kitchenware at reception.

The Perrache Train Station and Part Dieu Train Station are a 12-minute drive from the property.

The restaurant on the Berthelot side is open from Monday to Friday.

Reception is open:

- Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.,
- Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.,
- Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Closed on public holidays.

In the event of arrival outside these hours, you can check-in at the automatic terminal located at the entrance to the residence - payment of the remainder due for your reservation by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) will be asked to retrieve the access code to the residence and your room key.

Breakfasts will be served between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. from Tuesday to Friday for an extra charge (closed on weekends, Mondays, public holidays and during the annual holidays in August).

The reception offers a continental breakfast tray from Saturday to Monday from 8:30 a.m. upon reservation for an extra charge.

Our wellness area is made up of a spa, a sauna, and a sensory shower for an extra charge. It is open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday. If you wish to have access to the spa outside these hours, you can contact reception who will be able to offer you other times within the limits of its opening hours. Access to the spa is closed on public holidays and outside of opening hours of the reception.

We offer a massage service (additional charge) upon reservation at least 48 hours in advance.

In order to best prepare for your arrival, we thank you for informing us of:

• Do you want a parking space? We have two car parks, one underground and one outside, both of them with an extra charge. You can either go to the car park of your choice, both located on Rue Jean Gay, and call reception once there so that we can give you the code, or go to reception before parking. We do not take reservations, there is always space in both car parks.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please call us beforehand to let us know that you will need access to the parking lot.

Pets are allowed (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 21:00, Friday: 07:00 to 20:00, Saturday: 09:00 to 19:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 Closed on public holidays.

Please note that the spa center is open from Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 21:00, Friday 17:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00. It is closed on public holidays. Spa access is charged EUR 12.

Cleaning services are provided from Monday to Saturday. No cleaning services are available on Sundays. For stays of 7 nights or more the studios will be cleaned once a week.

Please note that for last minute bookings either made on the day of arrival or the day before arrival and for stays of 4 nights or more the total amount of the stay has to be paid upon arrival. If you wish to request a baby cot, please contact the property directly in advance.

The onsite restaurant Côté Berthelot is located on ground floor and is open from Monday to Friday. The restaurant will be closed on the evenings from July 17th and completely closed for summer break between July 27th and August 27th included.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant and is available from: - Tuesday to Friday : 7:00 to 10:00 - Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Closed on public holidays. For the weekend and during summer break the reception offers breakfast on trays from 9am to 11am and Monday and other week day from 7am at 9€ on reservation only.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
