Résidence le Clos des Chênes sits on 4 hectares of woods and offers 15 self-catering chalets with free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site.

Each chalet features a furnished terrace, 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, heated towel rail as well as a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is a living room with a flat-screen TV and an open-plan kitchen complete with a dishwasher and an oven.

For an extra charge, gusts can receive a continental breakfast basket delivered to their chalet door each morning.

Guests also have access to the 250 m² relaxation area with its heated indoor pool, hot tub, hammam, sauna, fitness room and solarium with loungers.

Guests have free use of tennis rackets, golf clubs and plancha grills upon request. The property is ideally located just a 10-minute drive from the A75 motorway, Exit 43.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 3 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

The room rate includes: water and electricity fees, bed linen and towels, pellet burning stove and cleaning products.

Beds can be made upon arrival for an extra EUR 20 fee.

Please note that the following amenities can be rented on site:
- Bath robe: EUR 4 per person
- Pool towels: EUR 3 per person
- Slippers: EUR 3 per person
- Wellness kit (bath robe, swimming pool towel and slippers): EUR 7.50 per person.

Please note that beds are not made for your arrival. Guests can either make beds themselves of pay a EUR 20 extra charge to have all beds in the chalet made for their arrival.

Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or clean their accommodation themselves.
The fees are :
- For stays of 1 to 3 nights : EUR 55 per chalet per stay.
- For stays of 4 or more nights : EUR 80 per chalet per stay.
Please note that guests can reserve a mid-stay cleaning service for an extra charge of EUR 25 per hour. Guests can also purchase dishwasher tablets on site for an extra charge of EUR 1 per tablet.

Please note that breakfast is available, the guest must book the day befor, - Adult breakfast : Hot drink of your choice: coffee, tea, chocolate. Orange juice, pastries, a baguette, butter, jams, honey and a yogurt. For EUR 9 per adult
- For children under 12 years old, we purpose a reduced price of EUR 6 : Chocolate, orange juice, pastries, a baguette, butter, jams, honey and a yogurt. for one child.

Please note that guests can rent a baby kit consisting of a high chair, folding baby bed and a bath for an extra charge of EUR 3 per night.
