Early check-in (if available) is an extra £35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. There is CCTV outside of the property. Any attempts to disconnect or obscure it will result in terminating the booking and immediate vacating of the property. ID and security deposit of GBP400 required prior to providing check-in details. Late check-out fee (60 min after check-out time) is half the cost of the previous night. Check-out time will be measured as the time when the key is returned to its collection point. Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel. No person other than the guests indicated in the booking are allowed to enter the property at any one time.
