My property is ideally located 25 minutes from Poitiers, with a rich architectural heritage, 30 minutes from Futuroscope and less than half an hour from many sites such as: The Valley of the Monkeys, The Planet of Crocodiles, The Giants of Heaven , Defiplanet, etc ...

You will love my accommodation for its calm, its serenity and its location in the heart of a beautiful countryside offering beautiful walks or bike rides. My accommodation is perfect for couples, families, solo travelers and business travelers.

- You will find :
• On the ground floor, the comfortable "ZEN" room of 15 m² with double bed, quiet overlooking pool and garden, its independent entrance, its bathroom and its private toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room cozy.
• Upstairs, two other rooms (17 and 19 m²) each with a double bed: Room "L'Olivier" and room "Céleste". Bathroom and two separate toilets.

Services :
• All shops and medical services nearby (8 km) with nursing office next to the rental.
• Short stay per night, possible (2 nights minimum).

Equipments:
• Kitchen equipped with basic necessities.
• Hair dryer in each bathroom as well as shampoos and shower gel.
• Local laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Television in each room and access to Canal Sat in the living room.
• Linens and towels provided.
• Baby umbrella bed, supplied.
• Free WIFI.
• Laptop workspace.
• Free parking on site.
• Heated pool, secured with a NF alarm and shared.
• Garden furniture, deckchairs and electric barbecue

Booking conditions:
• The reservation will be effective only after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the rental amount, to be sent to my home within two weeks of sending the contract by me.
• A security deposit of 400 € will be requested on your arrival and returned on your departure, minus any damage or cost of restoration.
