This is not the rental of a gîte, part of the house or an entire house. This is the rental of 3 rooms located in one of the blocks of the house.

We also provide access to our common rooms with their amenities but they remain available to the owner.

The 3 bedrooms are distributed as follows:
Ground floor: 1 bedroom in 40 m² 4-room apartment (equipped kitchen, private bathroom and WC)

FLOOR: 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, side by side on the 1st floor. Sanitary area common to the 2 bedrooms (shower cubicle, sink, WC).. No “real” kitchen and bathroom but:
- dining area: dining table, chairs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge. Common only to the 2 bedrooms. The owners retain access. Not heated in winter (infra-red backup for meals).
- for repairs: 2 cooking plates, dishes, meal utensils. Facilities shared by both rooms only
- owners' library access: sofa, armchairs, coffee table, board games. Unheated room in winter
- access to the owners' billiard room. Unheated in winter, access to all (owners and tenants)
- garden area: picnic tables, relax, hammock, barbecue. Common to 3 bedrooms only
- 3 parking spaces, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels, basic food, household products, electricity, heating, tourist tax
- unauthorized parties (no birthdays or New Year's Eve)
- pets not allowed
