You will be charmed by this small independent house on a closed ground. The cottage is located in a small hamlet in the Champs Géraux, between St Malo and Rennes, 6 km from the medieval city of Dinan.
Beautiful walks await you on the Ille et Rance canal, accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes. Betineuc leisure center with beach, pond, hiking and snacks 4 km away.
Saint-Malo 40 km, Mont-Saint-Michel 60 km. Sea 30 km. beach on the Rance 16km

Near the castle and the Bourbansais zoo, Bécherel city of books, the Coetquen forest.

Your vacation rental of 40 m² on 2 levels includes a living room with kitchen area and sitting area with leather sofa and flat screen TV, a bedroom upstairs (1 double bed 140x200 and 1 single bed for children only) with wardrobe and storage, small bathroom with WC on the ground floor, a 2nd WC with hand basin upstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker.
It is a typical old house recently renovated with exposed beams.
It has a fully enclosed shaded plot of 300 m² with a terrace and garden chairs.
Outbuilding with washing machine, possible shelter for bikes. Quiet environment, in a hamlet in the countryside, not overlooked.
