We require payment of the full amount upon booking. You will subsequently receive confirmation of payment.
It is up to the tenant to personally take out cancellation insurance with the insurance company of their choice.
In the event of cancellation of this seasonal rental contract, the tenant undertakes to notify the lessor of his decision by email or telephone, confirmed by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Terms and conditions :
• More than 30 days before the date of entry: 100% of the rental amount will be refunded
• Between 30 and 15 days: 50% of the rental amount will be refunded
• Between 14 days from the day of your arrival or in the event of no show: 100% of the rent is due.
Health crisis conditions:
If the cancellation results from a government decision to re-containment or ban on movement, the notice period is 48 hours before arrival and the amounts paid are returned in full.

This contract will be deemed terminated automatically and the lessor will be able to dispose of the rented premises in the event that the tenant does not appear on the scheduled day of entry and in the absence of notification of late arrival,
The total amount of the rent will remain with the lessor in the event that the tenant decides to shorten the rental period.
Any cancellation of this contract by the lessor before the date of entry must be notified to the tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The lessor undertakes to immediately return the sums paid by the tenant.
