In the heart of Marquenterre and the Baie de Somme nature reserve, between Le Crotoy and Quend-Plage, the PRINCESSE LEDGE gite is ideally located, quiet and surrounded by nature.
The ornithological park and the cycle path are 150 meters from the house.
Fitted out in the old sheepfold and barn of an authentic Picardy farmhouse, this independent building is a large and comfortable accommodation of 70 m², in a quiet area.
Bedroom with 160x200cm bed (cotton satin sheets and quality mattress. The bed will be made on your arrival and towels are provided free of charge), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC.
Large living room open to the dining area and its fully equipped kitchen. Tea towels (dish towels) and cleaning products are provided.
For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine and an Italian coffee maker are available, remember to bring your favorite capsules or coffee.
Wide screen TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker.
A south-facing terrace area is reserved for you.
Superb bikes equipped with a bag and an anti-theft cable are available for a deposit of €350 per cycle.
In the cool season you will appreciate the excellent insulation of the house, its gentle inertia heating and also its wood stove ready to be lit.
By car or by taking the vast network of cycle and hiking paths, you can easily visit the main points of interest in the region, Baie d'Authie, Quend, Le Crotoy, Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, Abbaye de Valloire , Crécy forest…

Très belle région que je ne connaissais pas et que j'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir. J'ai bien marché de belles randonnées, fais du vélo de manière intense. En te remerciant Pascal pour ton sympathique et chaleureux accueil , tes précieux conseils et d'avoir eu la gentillesse de m'emmener à la plage de Berck pour photographier de magnifiques phoques... Le gîte est joliment décoré, confortable, propre... rien ne manque. Nuls doutes que je reviendrais avec énormément de plaisir. Caresses à Ledge Bien à toi Thierry

Pour les amateurs de photos, rando à pieds ou en vélo ce gîte est idéalement situé à l'entrée du parc du Marquenterre.
Nous avons particulièrement aimé cet endroit et ses environs, de Quend sur plage à Fort-Mahon plage en passant par les phoques à l'entrée de Berck jusqu'au Touquet.
