Located on the front line, feet in the water, a charming comfortable studio with a breathtaking sea view where you can relax in peace and enjoy the exceptional sunsets of Palavas.
In addition to the beach, located less than 5 meters away, you can reach, in a few minutes on foot, the city center, markets, entertainment, private beaches and many restaurants.
25 m² studio with a private cabin and a 10 m² balcony for sunny breakfasts and aperitifs under the sunset.
Ideal for couples with or without children, a public car park is located 20 m from the studio.
The studio contains:
- a single bed in a private cabin
- a 2-seater sofa bed with a comfortable “permanent sleeping” mattress
- an equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge)
- a shower room, WC and washing machine
- a 10 m² balcony and outdoor chairs
- Air conditioning
- a footbath to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach
Both beds are equipped with mattress protectors and the apartment is disinfected after each departure.

"Super Séjour!"
Je viens de passer une semaine dans ce studio. Super emplacement, juste en face de la plage. il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même la clim et internet.
Le studio est très confortable et bien équipé. La propriétaire est très accueillante et m'a donné de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter dans la région (et les restaus^^). J'ai vraiment apprécié son souci de mon confort et de la qualité de mon séjour.
Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement ce studio pour un séjour en bord de mer. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle et l'expérience globale a été fantastique. Si vous cherchez un endroit confortable et paisible , n'allez pas plus loin
