Also, we have the right to keep the security-deposit (a) if the lease terms are broken, (b) if there is property and/or condominium damage of any type caused by guests, pets or third-party, (c) if the property is fined and/or there were disturbances during the stay, and/or (e) if the cleaning necessary is excessive, and not the result of normal wear and tear. Otherwise, the amount deposited will be fully refunded after the check-out date and after the property is inspected accordingly.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
