Pound Corner

Pound Corner is powered by 100% renewable sources , supported by solar panels and an air source heat pump. We offer three self-catering apartments, Flat 1 ground floor pet friendly double , Flat 2 first floor twin bed and Flat 3 the large family flat at the top . Pets can be accommodate only with permission and by request and are welcome only in the ground floor pet friendly apartment .

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens , sitting and dining areas . Guests have shared use the laundry room and small garden at the back. All rooms have free full fibre broadband with fast upload and download speeds and Sky TV. Each flat has one off road parking space and EV charging is available (charges apply).

Pound Corner is in Farncombe on the outskirts of Godalming with easy access to country walks , Broadwater Park and lake, and the Wey Navigation canal . There are local shops within a 5-minute walk, including a butcher, Indian restaurant, fast food outlets and a Co-op supermarket. Guildford is 7.7 km from the property and is easily accessed by bus directly outside Pound corner or by train . Farncombe Railway Station is a 10 minute walk with direct trains to London Waterloo taking about 45 minutes. The A3 passes close to Pound Corner, running between London and Portsmouth . The historic market town of Godalming is a 15-minute walk away and has a variety of shops and restaurants. Local land mark Watts Chapel is 3.8 km away.

All rooms have free full fibre broadband with fast upload and download speeds and Sky Stream with Net Flix Premium , Sky Sport and TNT Sport.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Persons 0 years and over stay for 25 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available extra bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Concerning children parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

Upper rooms have window locks but it is the parents or guardians responsibility to use them, to check for and avoid all potential hazards including compliance with TV age restrictions.

Children must not be left unattended at any time on these premises.
Sky TV channels are available including BTsports, but Sky store movies carry charges.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or by the door of the property , there is a garden at the rear where guests may smoke.
Any evidence of drugs or illegal substances on the premises will result in immediate eviction and the police will be notified. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservation without refund for disregard of this condition.
Cancellations with 14 days notice are fully refundable with no administration charges. If a reservation is cut short or needs to be extended, medical reasons and emergencies will be taken into account and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pound Corner aims to continually reduce its carbon footprint. Please do not waste water or electricity and please follow our recycling procedures.
You may be asked for photo I.D. on arrival
You must be over 18 to reserve this accommodation. If you look under 18 you may be asked for photo ID. Your booking will be cancelled without refund for not observing this rule
Cars parked on the premises are parked at the car owners own risk
Laundry facilities are in the laundry room on the ground floor and are free for guests to use but Pound corner accepts no responsibility for damage to clothes. Clean towels and other supplies can be found here.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Pound Corner in flats 1 and 3 on request. Cleaning charges may apply and damages must be paid for. Dogs must not be left alone in the apartments. Dog waste must be removed from the garden straightaway and can be put in the grey dustbin.
Guests of guests are welcome with our prior knowledge and permission and not overnight
The owners of Pound Corner live in the main part of the house and can immediately help with any difficulties. Contact us by phone, email or the bell outside the laundry room
Well behaved dogs are welcome in Flat 1 on request

There is unlimited full fibre internet and Sky stream with Netflix premium , Sky sports and TNT sports included. Please be aware there are no parental controls set for TV services so please monitor your children's choices appropriately.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
