The Plaza Caldas da Imperatriz Resort & Spa provides a large area with 4-star accommodation and a wide range of leisure and relaxation options for your whole family.

The hotel is set amidst the Atlantic Forest, enabling you to enjoy intense contact with nature and to participate in many ecological activities accompanied by professionals.

As a guest of Plaza Caldas da Imperatriz, you can enjoy the nearby beaches or the several hot tubs and in and outdoor pools found in the hotel.

You can also keep in shape trekking in the surrounding areas, working out in the gym or playing beach volleyball, soccer or tennis.

Two restaurants offer grilled dishes, salads and the best of the international cuisine. A lobby- and a poolside bar are also available. Room service is provided 24 hours a day. There is also a large convention center with a variety of catering options for conferences.

Children up to 11 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available rollaway bed.

Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
