Reception is open Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, on Friday and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen including one bath mat and one dish towel, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes, basic WiFi access for up to five devices suitable for browsing, emails and research, as well as charges and taxes excluding city tax and handling fees. For any invoice request, the invoicing name must strictly match the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees.

Any modification may incur additional charges.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

The residence features a semi-covered swimming pool of 100 m² with a depth ranging from 0.75 m to 1.35 m, as well as a terrace and solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols, subject to availability.

Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping, according to the number of occupants in the accommodation, are available at an additional cost. Guests may also reserve a specific location within the residence for an extra charge by contacting the property directly.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

The semi-covered pool area is open daily from 4 April 2026 to 1 November 2026. Please note that the pool will be open but not heated during the Easter holidays.
