Pretty little character house, in stone, renovated, on the road to the Plouha cliffs and the GR34 (300 m).
The nearest beach is 1.7 km away: 25 min on foot by the GR, 6 min by car.
The village of Plouha, with all common services, is 3.5 km away.

The house is suitable for 2 people, plus possibly one (on extra bed).
She understands :
• on the ground floor: a living room with fireplace (grills possible) and a small fitted kitchen (combined microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, fridge + freezer)
• upstairs: a bedroom and a "space-saving" bathroom with WC and hip bath (seated shower)

WiFi is also available.

The house overlooks a small enclosed garden courtyard adjoining the owner's house, but made available exclusively to tenants.

A washing machine and a drying rack are also available in an independent room overlooking the courtyard.
Private parking is possible 50 m from the entrance.

Animals accepted on request only.
