Charming little holiday home located 300 m from the sea (Ralevy beach).
Our accommodation is ideally located in a quiet and relaxing area, 5 minutes by car from the village of Plougrescant.
House close to hiking trails and the GR 34, you will appreciate it for its calm and its coastal paths.
In the Plougrescant peninsula, you will discover the Saint-Gonéry chapel, the customs officers' path, the chasm of hell, his house between the 2 rocks and many other sites to discover less than 1 hour away (island de Bréhat, the 7 islands, Pink Granite Coast, Tréguier medieval city, the castle of La Roche-Jagu …) and you can also enjoy maritime activities.

The house is composed of:
• on the ground floor: a living room with a sofa bed with open kitchen, a shower room, WC and storage. The living room opens onto a terrace and a large wooded garden of 1200 m² (not overlooked, tranquility assured).
• upstairs: a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
• the exterior also has a parking lot that can accommodate a motorhome or a boat trailer, as well as a charging socket for an electric car

Equipment: fridge-freezer, induction hob, mini-oven, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and free WiFi, ironing board and iron, equipment for baby (cot, high chair, etc.), Weber barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.
