Divided into 2 small houses of 65 m² completely identical (same decoration, same paintings, same tiles, …): ground floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen area, cellar, and a floor with 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping area with bunk beds (each with cupboard, a small separate dressing room), separate wc, and bathroom with Italian shower.

You have a private courtyard with trees, closed by a wrought iron gate for your privacy, and an independent entrance. You don't share anything.

The car fits in the yard if you want, but not useful because the place is safe.
You will have the option of resting on site or setting off to explore the many surrounding cultural or natural places that make the region famous.

The small fully fenced bastide is a small cocoon and has a heated swimming pool.

The small bastide, not fenced on one side, overlooks a small dry river in summer, with a small staircase leading down to it. The swimming pool of this one is not heated, but hot from June to September and especially in summer (30°) because well exposed and heated bubble cover
