Former hunting lodge for more than 200 years, the 50 m² building on the banks of the Erdre, is located in an exceptional, isolated environment, in the middle of a 1.5 hectare wood with remarkable flora and fauna: sequoias , three hundred year old oaks and a unique collection of bald cypress trees from Louisiana.
It offers 100 meters of banks on the river with its private pontoon.
A fountain flows at the foot of the house.
