In July and August, no overnight stays accepted. Other periods, nights accepted from 2 nights minimum.
An electric meter reading is taken on arrival and departure.
In the heart of the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, pretty little detached house of 35 m² that can accommodate 2 people. Entire house. on one level, classified 2 stars in the Furnished Tourism category, fitted out with a wooded park and a pond (only for walking, fishing not authorized) secured by a gate with padlock.
It includes a main room with a kitchen area (refrigerator, gas cooker, coffee makers (classic and Senséo pod coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, etc.) and a lounge area with TV and sofa.
A bedroom with a double bed, baby equipment (folding bed, high chair), a bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC) and a garage for motorcycles only, with wardrobe for jackets.
It is located in the countryside 1 km from a village with a few shops and services (bakery / grocery store, delicatessen, doctor's office, pharmacy...).
It also has a private courtyard, a green space with garden furniture (camping table, barbecue, deckchairs).
20 km from the sea, a few kilometers from Mont Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo, it is located in the center of a region rich in sites to visit: the bay of Mont Saint-Michel and the Emerald Coast (Cancale, Saint-Suliac, Dinan, Dinard, Combourg, Dol...) "En connexion avec la nature"
Petit gîte plein de charme et au calme. Oubliez internet connectez vous à la nature. regarder le lac ouvrir ses yeux (nénuphars) le matin et les refermer le soir c est très paisible. Endroit très bien situé par rapport aux villes et sites a visiter. Très gentils proprietaires et accueillant.

Petit gîte super minouche au calme complet. Situé à proximité des villes touristiques de Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel... etc.
Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires qui nous ont offert un bouquet de muguet à notre arrivée et qui nous ont informés sur les activités et ballades à faire.
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

"belle location au calme mais proche de tout"
joli location au calme et très bien accueillit par les propriétaires qui vous guident dans vos balades à faire au alentour, étang très agréable pour se reposer après une journée en vadrouille, on a tout se dont on a besoin dans cette location

"Déconnexion totale"
Nous avons passé une semaine en Juillet dans ce gîte afin de visiter cette belle région. Si vous n’êtes pas accro à internet,cet endroit est un vrai havre de paix. Il est aussi parfaitement situé pour visite tout les endroits intéressant des alentours tel que le mont saint Michel,le fort la latte et bien d’autres encore.
