Located in a particularly quiet hamlet, in a preserved area, in the heart of nature, far from noise and pollutions, the cottage Coudougnol dominates the Couze valley, near the bastides of Monpazier (9 km), Beaumont, the medieval village Belvès (13 km), Sarlat or Bergerac (40 km).
You will be received, in all conviviality, by its owner who will put at your disposal, this house of 80 m ², in stones of the country:
- two bedrooms (capacity 6 people), cot on request

Outside, the terrace with land dominates the valley of the Couze. Sunbeds, parasol garden furniture and a barbecue allow you to have breakfast and meals in the open air.
Associated with the cottage, a large pool L, shared with the owner, a depth of 1 to 2.80 m, brings freshness and pleasures of water, essential in summer. Toddlers will enjoy safely, a small separate bath, adapted to their size.
In the immediate vicinity, you can walk through a huge forest of oaks and chestnut trees, thanks to its many hiking trails and discover its wildlife.
The neighboring medieval villages (Monpazier, Molières, Montferrand-du-Périgord, Saint-Avit-Sénieur, Cadouin, Urval) bear witness to an ancient occupation and are the delight of visitors passionate about discovering the heritage, Romanesque churches, Bastide towns ...
From the cottage Coudougnol, you can also explore the Périgord, first rural tourist destination of France.
Also famous for its natural sites are the valleys of the Dordogne (Trémolat and Limeuil creeks, Proumeyssac chasm), and Vézère, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
