Terms of cancellation
General conditions of sale (on the back of the contract)
Extract article .5:
"-Deposit remains with the owner.
-Request for the possible balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.

Ps: For bridge weekends (public holidays) the minimum overnight stay is 3/4 nights from Friday to public holidays (Easter Monday, Pentecost, Assumption, All Saints,...)
Arrival must be on Friday (no arrival possible on Saturday).
Example: if the public holiday falls on a Tuesday, the minimum night is from Friday to Tuesday, i.e. 4 nights.

• Arrival (between 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.): Simply indicate what time you expect to arrive at the gîte (you can send us an email to inform us of the time chosen until the day of your arrival).
Then all you have to do is contact us on D-Day 10/15 min before your arrival at the gîte so that we will meet you there directly. (Please let us know the expected arrival time as soon as possible so that we can organize ourselves).

• Departure (between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.): To make it easier, we have put on the kitchen fridge the tasks to be done before your departure concerning the cleaning option (if taken or not) + indication concerning selective sorting, you just have to to follow this listing neither more nor less (no need to unplug electrical appliance, lamp...), we will come to see you when you leave at the time chosen together for the return of the keys.

Other terms
- Beds made on your arrival and the beds used only are to be undone on your departure.
-Think about towels, kitchen towels (cloth) and toilet paper
-Security deposit: €500 up to €1500 (depending on the stay) to be attached to the rental contract. After your departure, this check will either be returned to you or destroyed at your convenience (to be specified).

Conditions concerning the return of the gîte and the cleaning option:

In any case before your departure (Taking the cleaning service does not exempt you from doing):
1. Please put the radiators in frost protection when you leave (during the winter period)
2. Please close the windows when you leave / when you are away (avoid damage in the event of bad weather)
3. Please return the gîte in good condition.
4.Please empty the bins.
5. Thank you for respecting the MANDATORY sorting
6. Please unpack beds used only, but Leave in place: mattress pads + duvets + pillows.
7. Please return indoor/outdoor furniture/games/equipment to where you found it upon arrival.

For the cleaning option, nothing could be simpler:

8.WITHOUT CLEANING OPTION: (Average cleaning time: 2 hours.)
- Wash and put away the dishes
- Clean the fridge + coffee machine + toaster + oven + Barbecue if used
- Clean showers + baths + sinks + sinks + WC + bathroom mirror
- Vacuum the entire apartment, under beds + under furniture on feet + stairs.
- Pass the mop on all the floors, including the parquet floors and the stairs (without excess water).

OR

8.WITH CLEANING OPTION: (Average time: 30 min cleaning)
- Wash and put away the dishes
- Clean oven and/or barbecue if used

Ps: know that, if the cleaning of the equipment and the premises is not done or in an unsatisfactory way, the cleaning necessary for the restoration if all the preceding points are not respected will be systematically invoiced 100€.
