Private poolPretty pavilion in joint ownership in a calm residence with swimming pool, a southern exposure and a sight on the forest. Ideally located near the ocean (1500m), the city center and a few kilometers from the lake, this 51m2 pavilion consists of a small living room , a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms with a bathroom each, a washing machine and two toilets.
Outside, a terrace with awning, a pleasant garden in the pines and the cycle path is a few hundred meters away.
The bedding is new and of good quality, household linen is provided, the master bedroom is equipped with a 160X200 storage bed, the upstairs bedroom with two 80X200 modular beds and a sofa bed for a child.

Petite maisonnette très fonctionnelle, nous étions 2 adultes et une ado. Chacun son espace. Emplacement top. On a passé un excellent week-end prolongé. Merci à Anne pour sa disponibilité.
