The Mongeat property is located in the countryside, 800 m from Cendrieux, a very small village.
7 hectares in a context of absolute calm, located at the top of a hill, offering a breathtaking view of the Périgourdine countryside, its fields and its forests...

The house (8 people) has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine...
In the living room, TV, DVD, books and comics, board games...
2 bathrooms: 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs.
The 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. Two bedrooms with a large double bed, and two bedrooms with two single beds.
This house has a large outdoor terrace, a barbecue area

In the old bread oven (2 people), a cozy little nest full of charm, a kitchen area, a bathroom, a very comfortable convertible sofa...

Part of the garden is converted into a play area (ping-pong table, badminton, trampoline, etc.), as well as a relaxation area.
In the garden, you will find deckchairs, hammocks, majestic trees, and a little away another terrace, panoramic, for the evening come let yourself be dazzled by the splendid sunsets...
The 10 x 5 m swimming pool is secure. It is open from May to September and is equipped with sunbeds.
