NOCNOC is delighted to welcome you to this incredible renovated 185 m² loft that can accommodate up to 13 people.
Easy to access, it is located between Place Zola and Place Mellinet and will allow you to reach the heart of the city as well as the banks of the Loire in 5 minutes.

The loft is located on the ground floor and first floor of an old mattress factory.

The accommodation consists of :
- a very bright living room with open, modern and equipped kitchen, with an area of ​​74.87 m²
- bedroom 1 : 160x200 cm bed with private bathroom
- bedroom 2 : 140x200 cm bed
- bedroom 3 : master suite with dressing room and private bathroom, 160x200 cm bed
- bedroom 4 : 2 beds of 90x200 cm
- bedroom 5 : 160x200 cm bed and a 140x200 cm sofa bed
- bedroom 6 : 140x200 cm bed
- 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets
- a laundry room: equipped with a dryer and a washing machine, ironing board and iron

Bed and bath linen provided, as well as shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.

Umbrella bed available free of charge for your children on request.

You will have access to the entire apartment.

For people with reduced mobility, the accommodation is accessible since the living room and several bedrooms are on the ground floor. On the other hand concerning the bathrooms, one of them has a shower with a floor at the same level as the tiles but you have to climb a few steps to access this bathroom. The other two bathrooms are on the ground floor, however the showers are slightly raised.

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can join a member of our team for the duration of your stay.

A flat rate of € 145 per stay is provided for end-of-stay cleaning and for the provision of bed linen, towels, consumables... A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 p.m., the full deposit will be debited.

Possibility of late and autonomous arrival.

Ideal for families with children (a travel cot can be provided free of charge on request).

The apartment is also ideal for your professional events (seminars, training, travel, etc.) thanks to a large living room and a large table.
