The loft is located on the second floor of an old quilting factory. Ideal for a professional, family or friends stay.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A warm and bright living room thanks to its numerous glass roofs including a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs for relaxing and then a work space to accommodate several workstations.

- A large, fully equipped kitchen (crockery, utensils, refrigerator, oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) open to the living room and with a dining area that can accommodate 8 people at the table.
