Newton Cottage South was built in around 1850 in the picturesque village of Newtown, Inveraray. The cottage offers loch views.

The seaside cottage features an open plan living area with solid wooden floors, a small dining area and French doors leading out to the back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a main bathroom. One bedroom boasts loch views. The bathroom features a separate shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Newton Cottage South is situated on the water front, just an 8-minute walk to the town centre, which has restaurants serving local produce. Glasgow is 55 miles away and Oban is 40 miles away.
