The Theisdal residence comprises horse stables, where you can book lessons with a qualified teacher. BBQ evenings are held during summer in the 550-m2 garden, which is also equipped with volleyball pitch, football and tennis tables.
Accommodation faces the mountains and include a satellite TV. apartments come with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and furnished balcony. Some of them boast a sauna. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the residence.
Guests staying in rooms will be served a breakfast consisting in cold cuts, cheese and a range of eggs dishes together with handmade cakes and jams. The bar sells cakes, ice cream and drinks in the afternoons.
During summer, the slope turns into a hiking/biking trail, which is also the starting point of excursions organised by the property’s staff. Kite-surfing and windsurfing are popular activities in the nearby lake.
A public bus leading to Merano stops 100 metres away while Utlimo is a 6-minute drive from the residence.
