You will enjoy water activities and access to the GR34 at 500m.
The apartment, on the ground floor, is located in a house, comprising four apartments, withdrawn in a small street, with its small quiet, enclosed and sunny garden.
The entrance is common with digital code access.
The 30 m² apartment consists of a kitchen and a bedroom with adjoining shower room. The toilets are separate.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a TV.
The bedroom is equipped with a 140 X 190 double bed, storage space and a small office with its shower room (Italian shower and washbasin cabinet)

Appartement très fonctionnel,il n'y a plus que ses valises a poser. Très cosy,Grande douche.
A deux pas du gr34 avec des randonnées a coupé le souflle.
Entre deux rues, la plage de morgat ainsi que ses grottes sont a côtés, et les commerces.
Ont peux ainsi tout faire a pied.

"Une semaine à Morgat"
J'ai passé une semaine dans cet appartement dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Si je dans l'avenir je dois retourner dans le secteur de Morgat, je recontacterai sans hésiter Bertrand. J'ai rarement été si bien accueilli lors d'une location, l'appartement m'a plu, il est neuf, fonctionnel, agréable et très propre. J'y ai mangé 2 soirs, rien ne manque dans la cuisine. La literie est de qualité... un sans faute !

"Super logement près de la plage et des commerces"
Logement tout neuf, très bien agencé, à 50 mètres de la magnifique plage de Morgat, des restaurants et des commerces. Je recommande vivement. Bertrand, son frère et sa maman, nous ont très sympathiquement accueillis dans ce logement.
