In una residenza di vacanza privata e boscosa.
Il nostro chalet familiare situato leggermente arretrato si affaccia sul parco.
Hai una vista sull'area giochi e sulla piscina fuori terra.
Libero accesso alla piscina aperta a giugno tempo permettendo, luglio e agosto, libero accesso al parco giochi per bambini, accesso wifi a pagamento su richiesta.
Nei dintorni è possibile scoprire le grotte di Domme, Lascaux, le voragini Prou Meyssac, Padirac, le grotte di Rocamadour, Eyzies, .., i castelli di Beynac gita in barca sulla Dordogna, Museo della preistoria, Castelli di Castelnau, Birone...
Villefranche du Périgord a 6 km, troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno lì, supermercato Vival food e fai da te e supermercato Proxi, panetterie, macelleria, bar, ristoranti, parrucchiere, farmacia, libreria, tabacchi, ufficio postale, banche, ufficio del turismo, mercato il sabato mattina dalle 7:00 alle 12:30, prodotti regionali, ecc.
un buon ristorantino e una grande sala da tè, per non parlare della Maison de la Châtaigne, i negozietti sono molto ben forniti.
Il residence è tranquillo, tartufo nero del Périgord e castagneto ea 40 minuti da Monbazillac, al confine con il Lot e il Lot et Garonne, a 30 minuti a sud di Sarlat offriamo affitti settimanali, in un luogo tranquillo e bucolico, un piccolo chalet familiare, in bosco di circa 35 m² con terrazza coperta su terreno non recintato di circa 300 m² 30 km a sud di Sarlat, Gourdon, Cahors e dei fiumi Dordogne, sito preservato nel cuore della natura, ideale per riposare, 2 stagni nelle vicinanze per la pesca.

This rental is made under the following charges and conditions that the lessees undertake to perform:
*Only occupy the premises for private purposes, the exercise of any profession being prohibited, the lessees acknowledging that the premises covered by this contract are only rented to them as a temporary residence and for pleasure.
* Lessors decline all responsibility for any accident occurring during improper use of the equipment made available to them.
* Children are under the supervision and the exclusive responsibility of the lessees, the lessors decline all responsibility and can in no way be held responsible.
Cleaning deposit: 30€ to be returned on site during the inventory of fixtures on arrival.
Possibility of end of stay cleaning service on request when booking.
If the chalet is not returned clean, cleaning costs will be asked of you by the person carrying out the inventory of fixtures on departure.
A security deposit of €400 must be sent to us with the balance of the rental 1 week before your arrival. At the handing over of the keys, an inventory of fixtures of entry in the hiring will be carried out.
The deposit check will be returned within 8 days or destroyed with photo for proof, after the departure inventory if no damage is found. If damage, it may be amputated in part or in full to reimburse any damage or costs incurred during the stay, accompanied by supporting documents.
