Villefranche du Périgord 6 km away, you will find everything you need there, Vival food and DIY supermarket and Proxi supermarket, bakeries, butcher, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy, bookstore, tobacconist, post office, banks, office of tourism, market on Saturday morning from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., regional products, etc.

**CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Request for a 50% deposit which will not be cashed at the time of booking, in the event of cancellation on time, the check is returned, you have up to 2 weeks before your arrival to cancel free of charge, after this time your reservation is validated and your check cashed, if you have a last minute impediment we issue a credit note valid for 12 months, (issue of a credit note equal to the sum of the deposit received to be used in the one of our establishments during a future stay of equivalent duration and conditions.)
If the contract and the deposit have not reached us within 2 weeks before arrival (except prior agreements and last minute reservations) the reservation will be cancelled.
* Early departure during the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be kept.
*NO PRESENTATION of the lessees: If no presentation on the scheduled date, without prior warning the total amount will be kept, no credit possible.

This rental is made under the following charges and conditions that the lessees undertake to perform:
*Only occupy the premises for private purposes, the exercise of any profession being prohibited, the lessees acknowledging that the premises covered by this contract are only rented to them as a temporary residence and for pleasure.
* Lessors decline all responsibility for any accident occurring during improper use of the equipment made available to them.
* Children are under the supervision and the exclusive responsibility of the lessees, the lessors decline all responsibility and can in no way be held responsible.
Cleaning deposit: 30€ to be returned on site during the inventory of fixtures on arrival.
Possibility of end of stay cleaning service on request when booking.
If the chalet is not returned clean, cleaning costs will be asked of you by the person carrying out the inventory of fixtures on departure.
A security deposit of €400 must be sent to us with the balance of the rental 1 week before your arrival. At the handing over of the keys, an inventory of fixtures of entry in the hiring will be carried out.
The deposit check will be returned within 8 days or destroyed with photo for proof, after the departure inventory if no damage is found. If damage, it may be amputated in part or in full to reimburse any damage or costs incurred during the stay, accompanied by supporting documents.
The breakage of objects made available will give rise to an immediate refund (glass, cup etc,,,) or its replacement by your care before the inventory of fixtures of departure.
