CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Any cancellation must be notified by recommended letter or telegram:
a) Before the start of the year:
As a general rule, the deposit remains acquired from the owner; however, they will be returned when the rental has been re-rented for
same period and at the same price.
b) If the tenant did not show up on the day mentioned on the contract:
After a 24-hour period and without notice to the owner:
— this contract is considered terminated,
— the deposits remain for the owner,
— the owner can have his rental.
c) If the landlord cancels the rental:
The latter will pay the tenant double the amount of the deposit he received, as soon as notification of the so-called cancellation

Housekeeping and disinfection for Covid-19 is 30 € (compulsory).
No linen rentals and toiletries (subject of course to the changing health environment).
You will find your home clean and disinfected.
There's a secure keybox, if your arrival is late.
