The House :

This room gives access to the mezzanine bedroom 1 equipped with an indoor air conditioner, a skylight and a 160 bed bultex.

A room with its own entrance (in addition to the access through the interior corridor) equipped with a 140 bed. (Room 2) This room gives access to the mezzanine bedroom 2 with its small windows and bed in 140 bultex. The whole can therefore live independently from the rest of the house if necessary.

Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children or teenagers.

Possibility to park a vehicle in the yard. No difficulty parking on the street in front of the house

Courtyard side, shading and softness of the sun terrace in the morning which bathes in the soft and temperate shade of the mulberry tree at lunch time and until dinner. Equipped with a table for 6 to 8 people with 4 sunbaths and a real barbecue
