You are on a private property of 15 hectares, surrounded by meadows, along the banks of the river with its small waterfall.

This single-storey house, in a quiet area on a closed ground of 1500 m², bordered by a spruce tree, is located in Condac near Rejallant (leisure center) between the town of Ruffec and the picturesque village of Verteuil.
