The Saponaire (referenced 3 Epis at Gîtes de France) was the first building of the property built at the end of the seventeenth century.
Nestled on the plateau in the middle of the fields in the heart of a raised and closed park of 1,5 Hectare, you will be able to take advantage of the peace quietness of the area while being at a few minutes by car of the center town of Savonnières and its trade but also very close to the most beautiful sites of the Loire Valley.
From the property you can enjoy the park and admire the horses of the neighboring meadow, walk along the rural paths through fields and join (for the bravest) the famous Castle VILLANDRY with its beautiful gardens whose reputation is more to do.
A second cottage "La Belle Epoque" is present in the property and can be rented in addition on request and thus increase the capacity for 7 more adults.
