Welcome to the “Belle Époque” of the Augeonnière, former farmhouse (outbuilding) of the Château de VILLANDRY located in the heart of the regional natural park, UNESCO World Heritage with its famous Loire à Vélo.
The Belle Époque (referenced 4 ears of corn at Gîtes de France) was the second building of the property built in the late 18th century, and was used as a press.
Nestled on the plateau in the middle of the fields in the heart of a wooded and fenced 1.5 hectare park, you can fully enjoy the rural tranquility of the region while being a few minutes by car from the center of Savonnières and its shops , but also very close to the most beautiful sites in the Loire Valley.
From the property, you can enjoy the park and admire the horses of the neighboring meadow, stroll on foot along rural paths through fields and reach (for the bravest) the famous Château de VILLANDRY with its magnificent gardens, the reputation of which is more to do.
A second gîte is present on the property
L'autre maison associée à ce gîte se compose de 3 autres chambres avec au rez de chaussée une salle de billard avec kitchenette, et un grand salon mezzanine équipée d'un canapé convertible.
