Rent by the week, or two nights minimum, small house in Dinard, in the district of Port-Blanc - Saint Alexandre.
Located 20 minutes walk from the beaches and the thalassotherapy center, 25 minutes from the city center with its market, 10 minutes walk from the Saint Alexandre shopping center, this house is ideal for spending holidays by the sea.
The house includes:
- a 30 m² living room with open kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge)
- two bedrooms with wooden floors (one bedroom with 160 cm bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds)
- a bathroom equipped with a shower
- independent toilets
- a washing machine
- a south-facing, enclosed terrace of 50 m²
Access to the house from the street has a step towards the terrace.
Parking is free and located in front of the house.
