All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.

A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:
- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100

- Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400
- Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Bedding:
All bedrooms have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. To split the beds the property requires notice prior to arrival. You can request this in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking.

We currently provide one full housekeeping service per week for guests staying longer than 7 nights due to limitations within the labour market and COVID-19 related safety guidelines. Regrettably, we have suspended our daily light service until further notice. Guests will have access to additional kitchen or bathroom amenities upon request to our Guest Services team during their stay.
