L’établissement Melior-1 vous accueille à Calp, à 200 mètres du centre et à 200 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Playa del Arenal-Bol. Il comprend la climatisation, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une terrasse.

Parking does not go automatically with the apartment. It depends on availability and costs 12 euros per night. It is necessary to book in advance. Parking reservation considered confirmed after our confirmation.

Please note that only 1 pet up to 8 kg is allowed and only in specific apartments. Guests who wish to travel with their pet must contact the property in advance. Cats are not allowed

If you are bringing a bicycle, it is mandatory to inform us in advance so that we can reserve a storage space for it. We have two bicycle storage rooms located in two different buildings near the Melior apartments.

Please ensure that you make a reservation in advance, as there may not be sufficient space for everyone and it may not be possible to accommodate your bicycle at the property.

Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in.
