You have a private 20 m² west-facing terrace, fenced and out of sight, equipped with garden table, chairs and armchairs, electric plancha, clothesline and shade sail.

With a surface area of 44 m², the mazet offers a living room-kitchen equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, crockery for 6 people, kitchen utensils, flat screen TV, sofa, wardrobe, toilet.

The first floor offers a bedroom with a "Provence" atmosphere equipped with a double bed 140x190, wardrobe and flat screen, a sleeping area equipped with 2 bunk beds 90x200 and storage, as well as a bathroom with washbasin on washbasin, shower and WC.

On the mezzanine, a bedroom with a "Corsair" atmosphere is set up under the roofs. It is equipped with a roof window with blackout blind, bed placed on a 140x190 box spring, chest of drawers and coat rack.
