The building in summary: mas on 2 levels consisting of 6 large rooms between 27 and 55 m², 5 bathrooms and wc, heated and secure swimming pool, a covered terrace with summer kitchen and a very large walled garden with terrace.

Ground floor :
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas and induction cooker, oven + steam oven. With bar, open to the dining room. Filter coffee maker, Nespresso, Senseo, kettle and toaster
- dining room with large table and fireplace
- living room with sofas and TV
- Adonis room: independent entrance with a bed 180x200cm + a sofa bed 2 persons + spa bath and wc
Direct access on the courtyard and garden side.

Upstairs :
- Room Mediana: with bed 180x200cm with XXL Italian shower and toilet, air conditioning + adjoining room with sofa bed 2 people
- Arenas room: 180x200cm bed with shower and toilet, with mezannine accessible by stairs
- Cassanha bedroom: independent entrance, with bed 180x200cm with bath and toilet, with mezzanine accessible by stairs
- Elsia room: independent entrance with direct access from the summer kitchen. Bed 180x200cm, shower XXL and wc, air conditioning

Garden side :
- The Cabin: independent entrance with bed 180x200 cm, TV, air conditioning. Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.

All bedding is of high quality hotel quality.

Outside:
- Private heated swimming pool of 9.5 x 4.5 m with progressive bottom of 1.10 to 1.70 m, entrance with steps. Secured by electric roller shutter + barrier. Outdoor shower.
- outdoor furniture: tables, chairs, parasol, deckchairs pool, drying clothes.
- terrace and summer kitchen equipped with oven, gas, fridge. With direct access to the pool, bright and covered, pleasant in case of strong heat
- second terrace located at the back of the farmhouse, garden side, with furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs and parasols)
- Fully fenced garden of almost 4000 m² with space for playing petanque and children's games (gantry, trampoline, hut and slide)
- private and closed parking for 6 vehicles

Possibility to add extra beds and provision of baby equipment (beds, high chair, bath ...) on request, at no extra cost.

The rental includes bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen.

Our farmhouse is located in a quiet environment and is not suitable for parties and noisy parties.
