Large gîte of 190 m², with private swimming pool classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, completely and tastefully renovated in an old farmhouse recently rehabilitated, located 1 km walk from the village with all amenities (grocery store, producers' market on Sunday morning, pharmacy , doctor, bakery).

It is composed of a large living room of 55 m² with fully equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant terrace not overlooked, a second relaxing living room of 35 m² (sofas, TV), an office space, 6 bedrooms: 3 master bedrooms of 16 m² with walk-in shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 children's bedroom with two single beds, an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower and 3 separate toilets. Two private terraces open directly onto the living rooms.
