Mas Catalan avec piscine privée

Between sea and mountains, we rent a Catalan farmhouse in the countryside in the middle of orchards, with private swimming pool (and protected from view) in an Andalusian-style patio.
Independent, with entrance under porch, a first restored farmhouse of 120 m², for 6 people; composed of a very large room (loft style that can accommodate 6 to 12 people) with living area (sofa + sofa bed), and a kitchen-dining room as well as a beautiful terrace and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Canigou and the countryside.
A large bedroom with French window opening onto the patio with a 160 cm bed and a 120 cm sleigh bed, and a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A bathroom with bathtub and sinks, separate WC.

You can only reserve the "l'Olivier" gîte for 2 to 6 people, or add 1 to 3 rooms in "la Céramica" with a bathroom with shower and a toilet (currently being fitted out, photos will be visible at the end of April)."La Ceramica", complement of "l'Olivier", is 25 m away and also overlooks the large private patio for parking cars, playing boules...
We only rent to one group and up to 12 people.

A second decorated patio with kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m), summer kitchen, and solar shower.

The village is 1 km away with supermarket and all amenities.
The sea is 20 minutes away, the high mountains are 1 hour away, and Spain is 20 minutes away.
