Initialized in Normandy, the gîte activity of the Manoir du Picaud will see the light of day in 2022 after a lot of interior work by choosing this area that has been dormant for a few years to receive my guests in this magnificent region as well as possible.

A beautiful independent entrance with a magnificent oak staircase for this gîte located on the first floor which offers a large living room with modern kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room, separate WC
The cottage benefits from all the comforts to make the most of your stay in an eminently touristic region.
The cottage combines modern equipment for the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the charm of the old for the two bedrooms and a small cocooning lounge.

My former equestrian activity is carried out on an area of more than 10 hectares and the horses are still present in the surrounding meadows.
