All shops are nearby.
The central location of Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron makes our cottage an ideal starting point for excursions by bike (or by car) to discover the Ile Lumineuse.
The La MER maisonette is new and very well equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 people (ideal 1 couple or 1 small family of 3):
• a very well equipped living room-kitchen, table for 4 people, a large storage box, a 2-seater sofa bed, WiFi, television and air conditioning
• 1 bedroom with a 140 cm storage bed and a wardrobe
• 1 walk-in shower room, sink, WC
You will enjoy a small green space and a terrace with garden table and of course, you will share the heated swimming pool with the owner; deckchairs are at your disposal.
Linen for the beds is provided.
